Welcome to the web site of Brizo (the Site). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and to be bound by the following terms (the Agreement).

1. Copyright Privilege

3. Information Downloaded or Obtained from the Site

The Contents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended for facilitating the purchase of merchandise or services from or through the Site. 5. Amendments

Brizo may change, move, delete portions of, or add to the Site and its Contents from time to time. You agree that Brizo shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance to the Site or its Contents.

Brizo may also amend this Agreement at any time to change the terms that govern your use of the Site. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and to be bound by the terms of the Agreement as changed.

6. Disclaimer

The Site, all Contents of the Site, and all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site are provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment that you use in connection with your use of the Site, and that Brizo or its parent companies shall not be liable for any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

7. Governing Law

The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any dispute arising under the Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts in the Province of Ontario.
