1. Canadian Orders
We offer complimentary shipping on any orders above $200 . It takes approximately 2 business days to prepare and ship your order by Canada Post. Your order should arrive in approx. 5-7 business days depending on your geographical location. You will be able to track your package on Canada Post website.
2. US Orders
We offer complimentary shipping on any orders above $200. We ship to any address in the continental USA . It takes approximately 2 business days to prepare and ship your order by Canada Post. Your order should arrive in approx. 7-10 business days depending on your geographical location. You will be able to track your package on Canada Post website. Please note that some orders might be subject to US duties and local taxes. For more information please refer to local state legislations.
3. International Orders
We are able to ship to most countries, however, please note that the delivery time will vary depending on the country. Typically, items sent internationally should be received within 10-20 days. For more information on any specific country, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be mindful of local taxes and duties which might and most likely will apply to your order upon arrival of your order to a destination country. Brizo is not responsible for any custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees or any other custom or processing fees when the order is shipped outside of Canada. Also, please note that Brizo cannot be held responsible for any delays related to custom clearance.
4. Processing and Shipment Delays Orders received after 5pm EST considered “next business day”. Please note that the shipping times are approximate and might be impacted by carrier delays and shipments to rural areas, as well as custom clearance.
5. Exchanges and Returns
We will be happy to provide exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of arrival for the orders placed in Canada. If you happen to miss the 7-day window, we will gladly offer you a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Due to customs regulations, we currently cannot offer any exchanges or returns on purchases made outside of Canada. Please email email@example.com to receive the return or exchange authorization.
To return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unworn and in original conditions
- Have all of the tags and labels as originally attached
- Be in original packaging
6. Non-refundable Items
No refunds or exchanges are offered on the following items:
- Custom product orders (e.g. custom made garments, accessories, etc.)
- Special orders (items not available in stock but purchased as pre-order)
- Undergarments & sleepwear
- Gift cards
6. Lower Price Guarantee
If you purchase an item at the full price and we lowered the price within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly make an adjustment.
